True North Yoga

I only recently starting coming to True North - and it began with a phenomenal workshop called "Resilience and Well Being" taught by Paul and Ted.  Their knowledge, insight, kindness and team teaching skills made the class fun, informative and allowed for genuine reflection and growth.  I have also taken a couple of the Warm Flow classes with Naomi - which I love!  They have been challenging and fun and the warmth in the room make this a great winter habit I want to keep up - my family and I look forward to becoming regular community members at True North and growing in our regular yoga practice.

I attended the resilience and well-being, immersion training put on by true North Yoga by Paul and Ted. This is a must do class, and fun, funny and informative superpower class that everyone can benefit from. They should be teaching this to all students everywhere now.

True North Yoga has been my studio for over two years! It has such an amazing team of teachers, so many different styles of yoga to choose from and monthly workshops. I love the space and how it feels like home!!

Naomi and Paul have created a wonderful space to practice yoga. As a "barely" intermediate yoga practitioner, I am getting the instruction I need to advance my practice and the class environment is so personal, welcoming and engaging that it makes me feel right at home. Fits right in with the north end vibe!
